Shipping Time

You can expect to receive your purchase within 10 days after payment is received. Holiday season orders may require more time, so please order 2-3 weeks before the holiday.

Free Shipping

Shipping is FREE!  Your order will be shipped via USPS First-Class mail with Delivery Confirmation to the 48 contiguous United States.  

Express Shipping

If you need your order sooner than 10 days after receipt of payment, chose this $20 option when ordering.  Include any special instructions in comments at check out.  I will ship your order within 24 hours via USPS Express Mail (a 1-2 day service per USPS).  You should receive your order within 4 days.

Jewelry Kits by Margie will protect your privacy and your information. I will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with anyone.

All payment processing is handled safely and securely via PayPal.  I do not retain or store your credit card information.  

Quality Guarantee & Return Policy

When you receive your jewelry kit, open it immediately and check to make sure that you have all the components listed in the Supplies section on page1 of the instructions.

I craft each jewelry kit with great care and check it to ensure its contents are correct.  In the rare event that your jewelry kit is incomplete, I will ship the missing items to you or, you may return the kit for a refund.  To obtain a refund:

·    List the missing item.

·    Return the jewelry kit to me within 10 days of receipt.

If your jewelry kit is not the color you expected it to be, you may exchange it for another color.  To exchange a jewelry kit:

·    Note the color that you want in exchange.

·    Return the jewelry kit to me within 10 days of receipt.
